FYIs for Fall
With the season and the pandemic situation changing, we have some timely information to share with you.
If you or an immediate family member have been affected by the wildfires in British Columbia, know that our Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP)* can help. Homewood Health offers a number of tools and resources, including counselling and crisis support.
Summer is here, which brings a normally busy time for walk-in traffic and visitors to our office. This year, due to COVID-19, our office will remain closed for the duration of the summer. We’re continuing to assess the situation, but our office will not reopen until at least the fall.
Our contact centre remains open and summer hours are in effect from July 1, 2020 until the end of August. You can reach us Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. starting July 1 through until the end of August.
As the situation in northern Alberta continues to evolve, we want you to know that our thoughts are with everyone affected. Furthermore, as a member of the ASEBP family, our commitment to you extends far past our benefit offerings. As such, if there’s anything we can do to assist you and your family during this difficult time, please don’t hesitate to contact us—we’re here to help.
In order to protect the health and well-being of our covered members and employees in light of the ongoing COVID-19 situation, our Edmonton office will be closed to walk-in visitors, effective Monday, March 16.
We’re happy to continue to serve you by phone and email, so please get in touch!
