Upcoming Update to MyASEBP Mobile App

We are excited to announce a significant update to our MyASEBP mobile app, designed to enhance your experience and ensure the highest level of security for your personal information. As a valued member of ASEBP, your privacy and security are our top priorities, and this update reflects our commitment to safeguarding your data. 

Important Update Information  

  • Required Update: The new update to the MyASEBP app is required. Without this update, the app will become unusable. 

  • Enhanced Security: The update includes important security enhancements to protect your personal and health information, ensuring it remains confidential and secure. 

For Android 10 Users 

We understand that approximately 300 of our members are using devices running Android 10 or older, which will not support the upcoming app update. Android 10 has not been supported since 2019, so you may have encountered similar issues with other apps. 

Alternative Options 

Submit Claims Online: Even if your device does not support the new update, you can still submit your claims online through our secure website. This ensures you continue to have access to all the benefits and services ASEBP offers. 

We encourage all members to update their MyASEBP app to continue enjoying its features and the enhanced security it provides. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we strive to protect your privacy and deliver the best possible service.
